Refunds & cancellation

Pro purchases are not open yet.

Pro is US$4.49 per month and renews automatically. Cancel future renewal from your account's billing portal or contact support@roommockup.pics for help. Cancellation normally keeps new paid-scene access until the end of the already-paid period. It does not itself refund an earlier payment.

You can request a full refund for any initial or renewal payment within 30 days of that charge by contacting support@roommockup.pics with the purchase email and transaction reference. We target an initial response within three business days. Payment-provider processing can take additional time. Do not send full card details or an artwork file to request a refund.

A refunded or disputed payment can revoke access to new paid scenes associated with that payment. Existing lawful composites remain usable and lawful local caches are not remotely erased. Deleting an account does not automatically refund charges; we stop future renewal before completing deletion. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies required by applicable law.
