RoomMockupPics is operated by Jianbo Ying, an individual based in Shanghai, China. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@roommockup.pics.

Your artwork and editing settings are processed in your browser. We do not upload your artwork or finished mockups to our servers as part of normal editing. Local projects and downloaded scene caches may remain in this browser until you clear them. Clearing site data, blocked storage, or changing browsers or devices can remove your project. Local saving is not a backup or cloud sync. Downloaded images remain on your device and must be deleted there.

If you create an account, we process your email address, account identifier, sign-in information and acceptance records to provide access and support. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status and subscription dates from Creem to manage access, cancellations, refunds and disputes. Creem handles checkout and payment details; we do not store your full payment card number.

Cloudflare provides our hosting, network security and applicable database and scene storage. Purelymail handles account and support email. Creem processes transactions as merchant of record under its own terms and privacy notice. These providers may process information internationally. Our infrastructure and records are not guaranteed to remain in your country.

We use necessary session storage for sign-in and security. Optional product usage measurement is sent only when you allow it; you can change your preference without losing access to editing. We do not use advertising pixels or record artwork-editing sessions. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Ordinary account data is removed within 30 days after a verified deletion request, subject to necessary legal exceptions. We retain ordinary support correspondence for 90 days after closure, diagnostics for 30 days, and our own limited security logs for 7 days. Necessary tax and accounting records are retained for 10 years, or longer where legally required. Necessary transaction and dispute records are restricted and minimized separately from your ordinary profile; we retain them only for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Payment providers apply their own retention rules. A deletion request does not automatically refund a payment or erase files on your device.

You may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your account information by contacting privacy@roommockup.pics. We verify requests using information needed to establish account ownership, explain any required retention, and respond under applicable law. We do not require an artwork upload as a default proof of identity. We cancel future renewal before completing account deletion.

The service is intended for adult creators and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided account data. We will post changes to this notice and communicate material changes where required.

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect account requests. Local browser storage saves editing settings, artwork, scene caches and your measurement preference on your device. Optional product usage events remain off until you allow them. We do not use advertising cookies or editor session replay. You can change your measurement preference in the site footer. Clearing browser storage can remove local projects and sign you out.
